Flyer Flexibility

Are you a flyer? Would you like to become more flexible in the air? Then join Coach Alexis in the Flyer Flexibility class! We will spend 30 minutes working on our flexibility so, we can add more difficult body positions to our routines. We are also going to be focusing on improving flyer technique in the air using drills on the ground, lib stands, and gymnastics mats. The goal is for flyers to become more aware of their bodies and to have the strength to do these more difficult body positions. This class will focus on flyer flexibility and flyer body positions - it is not a stunting class.
