Kettlebells

The Kettlebell is an extremely effective tool to improve strength, cardiovascular endurance, and overall muscle tone. Every exercise with the Kettlebell requires the user to recruit multiple muscle groups, and every class provides an all-over body workout. Correct form is stressed and enforced at all times, even with veteran bellers. All experience levels are welcome and modifications will always be available if needed.
