Are you a cheerleader looking to improve your jumps? Then join us in the Jump Class! We will spend 30 minutes working on jump technique to improve jump height and form. This class will focus on drills to increase leg strength and stamina, while reviewing the components of a jump from the prep to the landing. This class will focus primarily on jumps found in competitive cheer routines.
