Through gentle, long-held poses and the soothing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls, you’ll ease tension in the body and calm the nervous system, inviting deep relaxation and inner connection. Kate welcomes you to join her in a practice that invites inner balance, self-compassion, and presence.
