Our tumbling class will teach age and level appropriate tumbling skills from forward rolls to fulls. No experience is needed. You do not need to be a current member of a competition cheer team to enroll in the class.Beginner Grades K - 12This is a beginner level class for beginner athletes. This class works on the fundamentals that all tumbling skills use - body awareness, hand supports, rolls, cartwheels, round offs, bridges, walkovers, etc. No experience is necessary for this class. 60 minute classIntermediateGrades K - 12This is an intermediate level class for elementary through high school athletes. Handsprings and walkovers are the focus of this class, while also working on increasing speed, power and technique of basic tumbling skills (cartwheels and round offs). Requirements - a strong cartwheel and round off rebound. 60 minute classAdvancedGrades K - 12This is an advanced level class for elementary through high school athletes. This class works on increasing strength, speed, power and technique of their back handsprings and running tumbling, series skills, tucks, layouts and fulls. Requirements - an unassisted standing back handspring or a round off back handspring. 60 minute classFlex, Jump and ConditioningGrades K-12Prepare for next season! Want higher jumps or prettier body positions? How about increasing your strength so harder stunts are easier? Just want to become a better athlete? This class has it all! We will work on improving all over flexibility (legs, backs, arms), improve body positions that can be used on your next team, and help you become a stronger athlete! All cheerleaders are encouraged to attend - not just flyers!
