Families will receive the digital rights to a minimum of a head shot and body shot, and any other quality shots taken. Photos will be color corrected and lightly edited.

HOLD HARMLESS AND RELEASE AGREEMENT FOR COMMUNITY SERVICE PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION

This Hold Harmless Agreement is by and between:

Photographer and Photo Client
Event/Session: FHS Senior Photo Session

1. Assumption of Risk:
Client acknowledges that photography sessions may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, or property damage, that could occur during or as a result of the photography session. Client agrees to assume all such risks and responsibilities associated with the session.

2. Release of Liability:
Client hereby releases and holds harmless the photographer, their agents, employees, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, actions, damages, or causes of action, including any injuries or damages to person or property, arising from or related to the photography session, regardless of whether the injury or damage was caused by the negligence or fault of the photographer.

3. Indemnification:
Client agrees to indemnify and defend the photographer from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from any injury, damage, or loss that occurs during or as a result of the photography session.

4. Use of Images:
Client grants the photographer permission to use photographs taken during the session for promotional, marketing, or portfolio purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, and print materials. If the Client does not wish to grant this permission, they must inform the photographer in writing prior to the session.

5. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of MN. Any legal action related to this Agreement shall be filed in the courts of MN.

6. Acknowledgment:
By registering  the Client acknowledges that they have read and fully understand the terms of this Hold Harmless Agreement. The Client voluntarily and knowingly accepts the risks and releases the photographer from liability as outlined above.
