This style of yoga is for pregnant women and their partners (optional for support). Being pregnant can be stressful, overwhelming, joyful, painful, emotional, or a mix of everything. Women's bodies go through a lot from day one of pregnancy to the birth. In this class, we will use the asanas and breathing techniques (with some visualizations) that may help with the pregnancy itself, labor, and delivery. Required materials: Yoga mat and stretchy clothes. Optional props: block, bolster, straps, blankets. If you have not received Zoom/Google Meet login info by the end of the day before the program, your contact information may be incorrect in our registration system. It is your responsibility to reach out to Community Ed before the program starts to get the login info. Our business hours for phone and email are 7:30 am- 4:30 pm Monday - Friday. In the case that you are not able to access a virtual program due to technical difficulties, we will work with you to provide a recording of the program, transfer your registration to another program, or provide a refund, as necessary.
