Is your child on the move and looking for new areas to explore? Come join our recreation coaches and try out our gymnastics and parkour equipment! Participants can try the balance beams, bars, vault, floor, and more! Please note, equipment is used on a rotating basis, not all equipment may be available for use at each open gym session. If you have a specific request, please connect with one of the coaches upon arrival.  Open gym is an unstructured time, under the supervision of gymnastics coaches. Parent participation/supervision is required. Designed for Ages 6 months - 5 years. *NEW* Purchase the TNT Open Gym Punch Card. You will receive 5 open gym passes and the 6th open gym is free. Please bring your Punch Card each time you come to class and register online before each Open Gym Session. Punch card will be given to you on your first attended open gym. 

Ages 8+ Payment will be automatically taken from your account on the Wednesday prior to class starting. BEAM BOOTCAMP (includes beginners) - This camp will focus on the beam basics in both dance and acro! Athletes will have the chance to develop their Handstands, Cartwheels, Walkovers and much more! VAULT FUNDAMENTALS - This camp will focus on the base skills required for strong vaults. Athletes will work their approach, punch, and entry to the vault table. Athletes will work handspring vaults as well as an intro to round-off entry. Gymnasts will gain confidence through drills in a fun and exciting environment! BARS BOOTCAMP (includes beginners) - This camp will focus on bar basics and skill connections. Athletes will learn hip circles, glides, squat-ons, and High bar skills. We will have fun forming the foundational skills before moving on to more advanced skill building! TIGER TUMBLE CAMP - This camp will focus on the foundations of strong tumbling. Through drills and spotting tools, athletes will learn round-offs, Back and Front Handsprings, and begin working Tuck Saltos (back/front flips).

Coach Riley and Coach Bailey have teamed up to create these NEW one-day camps designed for both boys and girls who love gymnastics and parkour! No experience necessary! With a foundation in Parkour, these NEW hybrid camps will allow athletes to develop both free running and tumbling skills as they learn to flip, jump, and vault over challenging obstacles. Focusing on strength, speed, and agility, athletes will explore unique styles as they traverse the obstacle course and put their new skills to the test!
