Kobe Schroeder - DAPE Teacher

Grades 1-5

This class is to educate others on Deaf culture, and teach ASL at the same time. A variety of instruction and games will be incorporated throughout the year, along with special guests to talk about their experiences.

About the Instructor

Kobe Schroeder is a first generation Deaf, and has been mainstreamed from 1st grade to 12th grade. He also learned ASL in the special education program. He attended Gallaudet University for four years and played football there, also worked for the office of students including tutoring those new to sign language. He worked for Jumpstart 2 years in a row in the summer with 30+ students, which helped them prepare for their college career.
