Training, determination and attitude are the key factors that define the balance between successful or failed attempts. Athletes can compete in squat, bench press, or deadlift.

Participants will be placed in a division by the Special Olympics Minnesota, based on ability level and age to give them a competitive experience.

Additional paperwork is required in order to participate in this sport. The Head of Delegation will reach out to athletes after registration with these forms. Click here to see if you qualify as an athlete.
