Special Olympics Minnesota
Participants Ages 8 and up
Bowling is a popular indoor sport where players roll a heavy ball down a long, narrow lane, looking to knock over as many pins as possible. Bowling is a great sport to get some physical activity and encourage sport participation, along with socializing with others. It's a fun and inclusive sport for individuals and teams alike.
Additional paperwork is required in order to participate in this sport. The Head of Delegation will reach out to athletes after registration with these forms. Click here to see you qualify as an athlete.

Unified Athletes
This sport offers a Unified gameplay. Participants without intellectual disabilities can participate and compete on the same team. This is a voluntary role. Unified Athletes must complete a training found online, by clicking here. Unified Athletes 18 years and older are required to do a background check.
