Incoming Grades 4-9
Veterinary Adventures is for incoming 6-9 grade students and it is a beginner course into the world of veterinary medicine. Students will be introduced to animal handling and restraint, bandaging, suturing, injections, and nutrition. They will also have the opportunity to learn about basic anatomy/physiology, and diseases that are common in small animals.
Participants should bring a labeled water bottle and nut-free snack.
