Sparks Camps and Clubs are designed for youth grades K-5+. Options include art, movement, drama, science, and technology.

Flexibility & Conditioning
Strength and flexibility are important to be a successful cheerleader. Join Coach Alexis or Coach Tarah to build strength and flexibility through a variety of activities and drills. Youth will do strength building exercises, like sit ups, push ups, toe raising, burpees, etc. as well as flexibility exercises such as splits, stretching, open shoulder drills, bridges, etc. There is no tumbling in this class. This class is designed for all positions - bases, backs and flyers.
