Is your child on the move and looking for new areas to explore? Come join our recreation coaches and try out our gymnastics and parkour equipment! Participants can try the balance beams, bars, vault, floor, and more! Please note, equipment is used on a rotating basis, not all equipment may be available for use at each open gym session. If you have a specific request, please connect with one of the coaches upon arrival. Open gym is an unstructured time, under the supervision of gymnastics coaches. Designed for ages 6 - 14. Purchase the TNT Open Gym Punch Card. You will receive 5 open gym passes and the 6th open gym is free. If you purchase a punch card please continue to register online before each Open Gym Session.

Parent participation/supervision is required. Designed for Ages 6 months - 5 years. Price Options: $8 for one session or purchase the TNT Open Gym Punch Card for $40. You will receive 5 open gym passes and the 6th open gym is free. Please bring your Punch Card each time you come to class and register online before each Open Gym Session. Punch card will be given to you on your first attended open gym.

Soccer Shots Ages 2-8 Looking for a quality, high-energy soccer program for your youth? Soccer Shots is an engaging, children’s soccer program, focusing on character development! *Jerseys are included with registration! Soccer Shots Mini - Ages 2-3 Soccer Shots Mini is a high-energy program introducing children to fundamental soccer principles, such as using your feet, dribbling and the basic rules of the game. Through fun games, songs and positive reinforcement, children will begin to experience the joy of playing soccer and being active. Watch this video to learn more! Soccer Shots Classic - Ages 3-5 Soccer Shots Classic utilizes creative and imaginative games to focus on basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing and shooting. We also highlight a positive character trait each session such as respect, teamwork and appreciation. Watch this video to learn more! Soccer Shots Premier ages 5-8 Soccer Shots Premier focuses on individual skill, fitness and sportsmanship, providing an opportunity for children to be challenged through fun games and team interaction. Children will also be introduced to competition in a developmentally appropriate manner. Watch this video to learn more! Soccer Shots Empower Ages 2-8 The Empower Program is a specific program developed to empower children with a variety of disabilities to reach their maximum athletic potential in a safe and supportive environment. Empower athletes will focus on learning soccer strategies while incorporating important concepts, such as following directions, social skills and increasing fine and gross motor development. Inclusion is an integral part of the program, as buddies assist participants with appropriate accommodations and modifications throughout the curriculum. Parent participation is required.
