Our tumbling class will teach age and level appropriate tumbling skills from forward rolls to fulls. No experience is needed. You do not need to be a current member of a competition cheer team to enroll in the class. Beginner Ages 3 years - 1st grade This is a beginner level class for beginner tumblers. This class works on the fundamentals that all tumbling skills use - body awareness, hand supports, rolls, cartwheels, round offs, bridges (5+ years only), kick overs (5+ years only), etc. No experience is necessary for this class. 45 minute class.2022/23 CE Catalog

Cheerleading - Cheer Flexibility Courses 2022-2023Recreational CheerCompetition Cheerleading Coaches Grades K-12 Flyer Flexibility Join Coach Alexis in our Flyer Flexibility class that focuses specifically on flyer body positions and flying technique on the floor and on lib stands. Youth will work on cardio, core, and arm strength. In this class, Coach Alexis will personally stretch flyers for correct body positions such as heel stretches, arabesques, scorpions, and scales. **This class is open to current flyers only** Flexibility & Conditioning Strength and flexibility are important to be a successful cheerleader. Join Coach Alexis or Coach Tarah to build strength and flexibility through a variety of activities and drills. Youth will do strength building exercises, like sit ups, push ups, toe raising, burpees, etc. as well as flexibility exercises such as splits, stretching, open shoulder drills, bridges, etc. There is no tumbling in this class. Flyer Flexibility 2022-20235- Competition & Recreational CheerAre you a flyer? Would you like to become more flexible in the air? Then join Coach Alexis in the Flyer Flexibility class! We will spend 30 minutes working on our flexibility so, we can add more difficult body positions to our routines. We are also going to be focusing on improving flyer technique in the air using drills on the ground, lib stands, and gymnastics mats. The goal is for flyers to become more aware of their bodies and to have the strength to do these more difficult body positions.
