Dubek Incoming Grades K-12 Farmington Tiger Co-Ed Volleyball Camp - Incoming Grades 9-12 June 9 - June 26, no class June 19 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm Farmington High School Cost - $120 (T-Shirt Included) Registration Deadline - June 6. This 3 week volleyball camp is for girls AND boys going into 9th-12th grade (2025-2026 school year) who played middle school, high school, JO volleyball and/or are interested in competing in volleyball during the fall (girls) or spring (boys). The camp will be Monday through Thursday June 9th through June 26th from 1:00pm until 2:30pm at Farmington High School Varsity Head Coach Michael Woody and Boys Varsity Head Coach A.J. Dubek will work with each camper to improve their passing, serving and hitting ability to become a better volleyball player. The main goal is player development and for the kids to compete and have fun. All registration closes on June 6. This 4 day volleyball camp is for girls AND boys going into K-3rd grade (2025-2026 school year) who are interested in learning the skills of volleyball. TIGER BOYS BASKETBALL CAMPS The FHS Varsity Boys Head Coach Tharen Johnson and his staff are excited to offer youth basketball camps this summer. Join Coach Johnson and the FHS Tiger boys basketball staff and players to take your game to the next level! Boys Basketball Academy (2025-2026 school year grades 8-9) M-Th, June 9-July 31, no camp June 19 or the week of June 30th, 8:45-9:45 am Farmington High School Cost = $100 (Please note that you will not be charged for this camp until 3-5 days before the start!) Campers bring their own basketball and water bottle SM25-BoysBballAcademy Boys Basketball Academy is for boys going into 8th & 9th grade (2025-2026 school year) who are interested in playing competitive basketball. The Academy is offered in conjunction with athletes also participating in the Farmington High School Summer Training Camp, which runs from 7:00-8:30 am. Training Camp is a separate registration through the high school. It is strongly encouraged that boys basketball players sign up for both. Boys In-House/Rec Camp (2025-2026 school year grades 3-7) M-Th, July 21-24, 10:00-11:00 am Farmington High School Cost = $110 (Please note that you will not be charged for this camp until 3-5 days before the start) Campers bring their own basketball and water bottle SM25-BoysBballRec3-7 This one week camp is for boys entering 3rd through 7th grade (2025-2026 school year). Varsity Head Coach Tharen Johnson and staff will work with each camper to improve their basketball skills. The goal of this camp is to have fun playing basketball. About the Coach: Tharen Johnson FHS Varsity Boys Basketball Head Coach Coach Johnson has been with the varsity basketball program at Farmington High School and coaching summer basketball camps since 2005. He served as a varsity assistant for 12 seasons and as head varsity coach since 2017. In that stretch he helped build Farmington boys basketball from a one win team in 2005 to a conference championship in 2009, its first conference title since 1962. During Coach Johnson’s tenure in the program, Farmington boys basketball had its top two winning-est seasons in history recording 20 victories in 2009 and 19 wins in 2014. Johnson helped develop four players who went on to be 1,000 point career scorers as well as many players who went on to play at the collegiate level.

Tiger Girls Basketball Camps The FHS Varsity Girls Head Coach Liz Carpentier and her staff are excited to offer youth basketball camps this summer. Join Coach Carpentier and the FHS Tiger girls basketball staff and players to take your game to the next level. Tiger Girls Basketball Camp (2025-26 school year grades 3-6) M-Th, June 9-12, 9:30-11:30am Farmington High School Cost: $85 (Please note that you will not be charged for this camp until 3-5 days before the start) Register by May 23rd at midnight to receive a t-shirt; correct size guaranteed for those registered by May 23rd SM25-GirlsBball3-6 Tiger Girls Basketball Camp is great for all young players looking to improve their skills, work with the high school team, and have fun playing the game! Campers will work on skills such as shooting, passing, dribbling, rebounding, and defense. Future Tigers will also have the advantage of learning terminology, philosophies, and offensive and defensive strategies from the FHS Coaching Staff and Varsity players. Camps will include 4 days of skill development and competition, 3 v3 and 5 v 5 scrimmages/games. Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt. *Please bring your own basketball and water bottle. Tiger Cubs Girls Basketball Camp (2025-26 school year grades K-2) M-Th, June 23-26, 9:30-10:30 am Farmington High School Cost: $65 (Please note that you will not be charged for this camp until 3-5 days before the start) SM25-GirlsBballCub Register by May 23 to receive the correct t-shirt size The goal of Tiger Cubs Girls Basketball Camp is to get young players excited about basketball, and teach them the beginning fundamental skills to encourage continued practice and enjoyment. The camp will focus on fundamentals, and skill based competitions and game play. Tiger Cubs Camp is great for all young players looking to improve their skills, work with the high school coaching staff and team, and have fun playing the game! *Please bring a basketball and a water bottle. Tiger Girls Summer Basketball Program (2025-26 school year grades 7-12) This program is for girls who plan on playing FYBA travel basketball or High School basketball for the 2025 winter season. About the Tiger Girls Basketball Head Coach Liz Carpentier Liz Carpentier enters her 11th year as head girls’ basketball coach at Farmington High School. She enters her 22nd season as a Varsity Head Coach at the high school level. Before Farmington High School, she spent 8 seasons coaching at Eagan High School. Carpentier took over a Farmington girls’ program that had won just 3 games the season before. During her time at Farmington, she has led the program to 3 South Suburban Conference Championships, 2 Section 1AAAA Championships, 2 State AAAA appearances and was crowned State AAAA Co-Champions in 2020. The Tigers were set to play Hopkins High School in the State Championship game before the tournament was canceled due to the pandemic. Since Carpentier took over she has grown the girl’s program from just 2 teams to 4, has had numerous players continue to play at the collegiate level, including two former plays compete in the 2022 Elite 8 in the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament. Carpentier is very involved in the youth basketball program (FYBA) and continues to devote time and energy to growing and promoting the game of basketball in the Farmington community. In 2024, Carpentier has been inducted into the Minnesota Girls Basketball Coaches' Association's (MGBCA) Hall of Fame. She has been named the Section 1AAAA Coach of the Year 3 times and was named the State AAAA Coach of the Year in 2020. In addition to coaching, Carpentier is a Social Studies teacher at Farmington High School, serves as the 1AAAA Section Representative, and is a member of the MN HS Girls Basketball All-Star committee.
