Sparks Camps and Clubs are designed for youth grades K-5+. Options include art, movement, drama, science, and technology.
Special Olympics Minnesota
Participants Ages 8 and up
Swimming, along with being one of the most popular sports in the world, is a lifelong skill. This sport covers a range of events, from short sprints to longer distances and relays, including assisted swimming. Participants can compete in three of the following events: freestyle, backstroke, breast stroke, butterfly, IM, or relay.
Participants will be placed in a division by the Special Olympics Minnesota, based on ability level and age to give them a competitive experience.
Additional paperwork is required in order to participate in this sport. The Head of Delegation will reach out to athletes after registration with these forms. Click here to see you qualify as an athlete.

Unified Athletes
This sport offers a Unified option. This gives individuals with and without intellectual disabilities a chance to compete on the same team. This is a voluntary role. Unified Athletes must complete a training found online, by clicking here. Unified Athletes 18 years and older are required to do a background check.
Unified athletes can compete in the 4x25 free style or 4x50 freestyle relay.
Regional and State
Regionals will be held on April 13. Location is TBD.
The State Competition is optional for participants. More information will be shared at practice.
State will be held June 17 and 18. Location TBD.
